The Transatlantic Community Foundation Network
The Transatlantic Community Foundation Network (TCFN) was created in 1999 to promote the development of community foundations on both sides of the Atlantic, and particularly in parts of Europe and North America where the community foundation concept was just beginning to take root. It is a learning community comprised of four dozen community foundations and support organizations from close to a dozen countries.
